Innocent Civilians Injured in Drone Bomb Attack on Village by Terrorists

     Terrorists committing terrorist activities have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 9 February 2025, at 5:45 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist faction carried out an attack by dropping bombs on Phyan Tha Lin Village in Kyauktaga Township of Bago Region. One of the bombs exploded within the village resulting in shrapnel injuries to three residents U Maung Soe (55 years old), Daw Naw Mu Mu Phaw (45 years old) and Daw Naw Hlaing Hlaing Htway (40 years old). They were transported to Kyauktaga Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians are injured. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
