Innocent Civilians Injured in Heavy Weapon and Drone Bomb Attacks on Villages by terrorists

     Insurgents committing terrorist activities have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 10 January 2025 at 2:35 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group fired heavy weapons into Htan Taw Gyi Village in Salin Township of Magway Region. The explosions caused within the village. As a result, Daw Than Than Oo (43 years old) and her son, Mg Wai Yan Min Htet (four years old), both residents of the village, sustained shrapnel injuries and were transported to Sin Phyu Kyun Station Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, on 11 January 2025 at 9:20 AM, a so-called PDF terrorist group conducted an attack by dropping bombs on Wun Chone Village in Pauk Township. The explosions caused within the village, resulting in shrapnel injuries to Mg Peti Phyo (11 years old), who is a resident of the village, it is reported.
     Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians are injured. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
