Religious Building Damaged in Drone Bomb Attack by So-Called PDF Terrorist Group in Pa Lal Township of Sagaing Region

     Terrorists committing inhumane acts have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the residential areas, including towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 25 June 2025 at 1:40 PM, when a so-called PDF terrorist group conducted an attack by dropping bombs on Zee Phyu Kone Village in Pa Lal Township of Sagaing Region. The bombs exploded on the main building within the compound of the Kay Tha Yar Zar Yar Ma Monastery, causing damage to the structure. Fortunately, no monks or civilians were injured in the incident, it is reported.
     Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as firing of heavy and small weapons, dropping bombs using drones within wards and villages and planting mines in public areas, a religious building was damaged. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
