Terrorists carried out inhumane acts using explosive devices by capitalizing on unguarded moments of security personnel

     In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 21 January 2025 at 11:00 AM, a report stated that a woman with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Sin Phyu Kyun Town Public Hospital in Salin Township of Magway Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital for further investigation, it was discovered that Daw Mar Mar Win (48 years old), a resident of Pa Tein Kone Village in Salin Township, was returning to her village from Pa Ya Peik Tan Village by bicycle. Upon reaching the area near Salin Creek, approximately three furlongs west of Pa Ya Peik Tan Village, an explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorist faction detonated, causing her injuries, it is reported.
     Similarly, on 22 January 2025 at 8:35 AM, a report stated that an explosion occurred near Pa Nat Nge Village in Tanintharyi Township of Tanintharyi Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the scene for further investigation, it was discovered that U Aung Zaw Htay (aka) Aung Aung (33 years old) and Mg Wai Yan Htet (16 years old), both residents of Chaung La Mu Village in Tanintharyi Township, were driving in a vehicle loaded with ice from Myeik Town to Tanintharyi Town. Upon reaching the area near the Lal-U Bridge located in Pa Nat Nge Village, four explosive devices planted by a so-called PDF terrorist faction detonated. As a result of the explosions, U Aung Zaw Htay (aka) Aung Aung died on the spot, while Mg Wai Yan Htet sustained shrapnel injuries. He was transported to Tanintharyi Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents to take effective action in accordance with the law.
