Three Innocent Civilians Injured in Drone Bomb Attack by KIA Insurgents and So-Called PDF Terrorists in Kathar Township of Sagaing Region 

     Terrorists committing inhuman acts have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the residential areas, including towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 28 April 2025 at 11:15 ‌AM, a report stated that three women with shrapnel injuries were admitted to Kathar District Public Hospital, Sagaing Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital for further investigation, it was discovered that the victims were Daw Nyein Nyein Kwyal (39 years old), Ma Aye Myat Moe (13 years old) and Ma Thin Yati Soe (11 years old), all residents of Pain Nal Kone Ward in Kathar Town. The incident occurred when a group of KIA insurgents, in collaboration with so-called PDF terrorists carried out an attack by dropping bombs on the victims’ ward. The bombs exploded within the ward, resulting in their injuries, it is reported.
     Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets into towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, civilian casualties have been reported. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
